Our most recently completed project, SUNY Geneseo’s Red Jacket Dining Hall, is officially open and kicked off the new school year with a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony held September 21, 2018. This new 21,000 square foot facility is the home of Red Jacket, an “all-you-care-to-eat” dining center, located on the lower level.

With several different food stations including: Twisted Fork, chef-driven creative cuisine; American Grill serving up traditional favorites; Roots, offering plant-based meals that accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets; and Clean Eats, serving food free of the top eight food allergens; there are also stations for soups, salads, desserts and more. Open seven days a week, Red Jacket Dining Hall is also home to Jack’s, a grab-and-go retail food shop as well as several spaces for students to gather, socialize or study.

The Edge Team would like to thank all those whose hard work and dedication went into this project, and we look forward to seeing how the SUNY Geneseo students enjoy their new dining hall.

We are excited to have a space that brings together eating, studying and playing to the South Village at SUNY Geneseo. We are committed to building a community ‘one bite at a time’ together with students, faculty, staff and community members
— Jonna Anne, Managing Director of Restaurants & Cafés at CAS
