Edge Architecture is excited to announce Bridget Carney has successfully passed all six Architectural Board Exams, making her eligible to become a licensed architect in the State of New York.

Once someone graduates with a degree in architecture, they must work with an already licensed architect for a minimum of three years before sitting for these exams.

Each exam is three to five hours in length, and Bridget completed all six over the course of six months. When asked about the experience, Bridget said:

It feels great to reach this milestone after so much hard work. It is the beginning of what I hope will be a long, learning filled career.

Bridget is already a meaningful contributor to the success here at Edge, and we look forward to all the great things she is yet to do.

If you’re interested in more information on how an architect is tested, you can learn about it at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards website.
