Project Spotlight:
Ravenwood Golf Club
The right clubhouse amenities are crucial for extending the golf experience past the 18th hole. Today’s clubhouses need to offer a memorable experience that includes food, beverages, and a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for small and large groups.
Ravenwood, a growing golf club, wanted to improve its clubhouse facilities. The current kitchen was too small to meet the demands of larger events. The golf shop needed more space and was in a prime location that could be better used to host golfers and guests. Outdoor seating was limited.
The team at Ravenwood worked with Edge Architecture to design:
an addition for the Pro-Shop on the west side of the clubhouse with a basement
a new indoor/outdoor bar and grille at the previous Pro-Shop location
a kitchen/takeout space in the existing bar and grille
a new banquet commercial kitchen in the basement level to accommodate service of 400 guests, renovate existing kitchen to accommodate elevator to basement
Construction was completed in time for the start of the 2024 season. We look forward to sharing pictures of the new space. Below is a sneak peak from the photoshoot!
