Allen Rossignol

AIA, LEED AP | PRESIDENT & CEO

As the visionary founder and dedicated president of Edge Architecture, Allen has channeled his unwavering passion for the built environment into a profound commitment to service, value, and design. In 2002, he laid the foundation for his design studio, firmly rooted in the principles of sustainable design, firmly believing that exemplary design is the cornerstone of successful business ventures.

Allen's enduring dedication to green and sustainable practices has not only shaped his firm's ethos but has also fueled its steady growth, propelling its reach across the landscapes of the Northeast. With an open-door policy, Allen remains fully accessible to his clients, lending his expertise and guidance throughout all project phases.

Outside the realm of architectural innovation, Allen finds joy in the company of his wife and their four boys. His hands-on spirit comes to life through tinkering with woodworking, plumbing, electrical work, small motor repairs, and vehicle maintenance, although he's quick to admit his reluctance when it comes to tackling drywall. Maintaining an active love/hate relationship with golf, he navigates the greens with both enthusiasm and frustration, and his pursuit of adventure extends to the slopes, where he's a regular skier on both water and snow.

Joe Twomey

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & SR. PROJECT MANAGER

Joe Twomey plays an instrumental role as a project leader and head of operations. With an impressive career spanning 20 years, Joe's portfolio spans a diverse spectrum, encompassing everything from intricate small-scale space renovations to the orchestration of multi-phase renovation undertakings and the realization of expansive new architectural wonders.

Drawing from his background as a former business owner, Joe approaches each project with a unique blend of leadership and a keen understanding of the intrinsic business value woven into every project decision. His insights not only shape the physical structures but also contribute to the broader success of every endeavor.

Outside the professional arena, Joe's heart belongs to the Adirondacks, where he finds solace in boating, fishing, and embarking on invigorating hikes with his family. In a testament to his unwavering dedication to family life, he and his wife regularly embark on journeys to support their children's athletic pursuits, solidifying their bond as a united team.

Christina Fluman

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Christina seamlessly blends the cutting-edge realms of design and architectural technology, infusing her work with an innovative flair that bridges the firm's rich history with the ever-evolving trends in architecture. Her expertise in 3D modeling and renderings serves as a powerful catalyst for transforming visions into reality.

Christina's academic journey boasts a strong foundation, with a BA in Environmental Design, policy, and planning earned at Stony Brook University, complemented by a prestigious Masters of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. These academic achievements underscore her commitment to not only design excellence but also to the holistic understanding of the built environment.

Beyond her design pursuits, Christina unleashes her competitive spirit on the soccer field, where her passion for the beautiful game comes to life. When she's not shaping the future of architecture, you can find her passionately kicking a soccer ball and inspiring others with her unwavering dedication to excellence.

Ben Collins

AIA | Project Manager

Ben brings his wealth of expertise to the dynamic team at Edge Architecture as a dedicated project manager, having recently made the move from the vibrant landscapes of Alabama to the charming city of Rochester. With an impressive career spanning over 17 years, he has contributed his talents to a diverse range of projects including commercial developments, higher education institutions, K-12 educational facilities, and innovative office spaces.

Ben is driven by his commitment to fostering stronger communities through innovative design. Throughout his career, he has consistently elevated the human experience through his creative vision, leaving a lasting impact on the built environment. His core passions lie in sustainable design practices, the art of adaptive reuse, and a profound appreciation for the innate beauty of the natural world, which he seamlessly incorporates into his work.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ben leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. He is an avid runner, backpacker, and hiker, constantly seeking new heights and challenges. Additionally, his love for the unique and extraordinary extends to his passion for peculiar sounds and music, showcasing his appreciation for the arts in all its forms.
