As America’s premier culinary arts school, the goal was to create an upscale retail space the students could be proud of. The gray wall grabs the attention of passersby and provides a backdrop for featured merchandise. More than just books, part of challenge was organizing all the culinary merchandise and having the space feel open and easy to navigate, while avoiding clutter.

The dark gray wall with arched walkways provides both a visual focal point and an organizational divider in this multi-faceted “more than just books” store.
