NEDLOH BREWING (NOW OTHER HALF BREWING)

Edge Architecture provided interior design, and engineering services for a new 8,000 SF microbrewery. The tasting room and retail area overlook the brew house and scenic views beyond. Carefully selected building materials provide energy savings and durability. Sustainable measures include large north-facing windows, below-grade beer cooler, high-performance insulation, stone parking lot with ponds for drainage. In 2017, Nedloh Brewing closed. The property was purchased by Other Half Brewing and reopened in 2018.

EXTERIOR ENTRANCE

The main entrance was designed to be warm and inviting. Substantial wood double doors are a visitor’s first encounter with the quality construction and finishes throughout.

The warmth continues inside with organic shapes and natural materials in the tasting room.
